I took my Cadillac Ats for a rebuilt transmission. Tom and Alfredo were the best! Love the service and it's been almost a month and my car has been riding so smoothly. We were towing our 30ft travel trailer from Key West to Miami and the overdrive in the transmission went. It was Friday night at 5:30 when I called and spoke to Tom the owner. I was amazed someone even picked up. He couldn't have been nicer and listened to my issue. He told me to drop the truck off on Monday morning at 9am and he had everything in stock as they rebuild these all the time and would have the truck back to us on Tuesday evening before close of business? We were skeptical but we were stuck. We dropped of the truck and checked in a couple of times with Tom, and he said everything was on track. He was still very pleasant even though I know I was being a pain!! He kept his word and had the transmission rebuilt and reinstalled by close of business on Tuesday. Charged us exactly what he quoted on Friday night!! We are still on the road headed home to RI and the transmission is working like new!! Tom you are a gentleman and a great transmission man!! Thank you!
