Not a chain shop with disgruntled employees. Everyone from the owner, the office personnel and service technicians were friendly, considerate and proficient at their prospective duties. They offered me coffee and a phone charger. I accidentally left my phone on the charger and returned to fi d that my phone was locked up and safeguarded for me the following morning. The work I had done, freon evacuation and refill was completed in a timely manner and I have been driving with cold ac ever since!

Service was very quick and professional. Diagnosis done in no time. Dealer told me it would be a "whole day job" (I guess to justify the outrageous price) whilst Gramenzi managed it in under one hour; and at literally a fraction of the price!! Truly unbelievable!! I will surely be back again.
