Very pleased with a recent service performed on my 2014 C300. Fair prices, OEM parts and they back up their work for 2 years! As an added plus - the communication was excellent and friendly. Highly recommend Gold Wing, Alexis and the whole team for all your Mercedes care needs. 5 stars all day!
View on GoogleProbably the best car service experience I’ve ever had. They were fast, professional, shared price upfront over the phone, and even offered me a round trip lyft ride. Fair prices too. They were flexible and still accomodated me even though I messed up my appointment date and time. What else I can ask for?
View on GoogleEveryone on the staff at Gold Wing Motors provided great service. We took my mom's 2015 BMW 328i to have the engine looked over as it was leaking some oil. They were able to diagnose the issue very quickly and provided a detailed report about what needed to be done on car. Service repair were done in the timeframe that they provide, no delays, no beating around the bush; straight to the point and honest. My mom and I are very happy with the level service and professionalism of Gold Wing Motor. We will definitely be bring her car for other service in the future.
View on GoogleThese guys are the best. I am from out of town and needed new rear brake pads on my BMW. They were able to fit me in when I was available. All the staff members I met with were super friendly, got a great price on new brakes, and the service was completed by lunch time. I will for sure return if I need any other maintenance on my BMW!
View on GoogleMy car had a terrible noise on acceleration that other shops had not been able to diagnose. I took it to Gold Wing Motors and they found where the noise was coming from! They offered great service; kept me informed with updates about my vehicle. Alex, in the office, is very knowledgeable about repairs being done. She is very thorough and took time to explain the process to me. The mechanics there do a very thorough job. My car is fixed! I am very happy I found them, and if need be, I will be a return customer!
