All the employees are awesome, but I was able to speak with the owner directly who is a very disrespectful person. I was asking him some questions about the pad breaks and he directly told me we don’t want to help you. His reason was because I was asking him the provider of the pads and if they have worked with them before. I guess he thought i was criticizing his knowledge, which by the way he didn’t even know the brand. Never coming back
View on GoogleGM Auto Tech, I’ve been going to this place for a good while now. They always treat me with professionalism and respect. They are clear about the vehicle’s diagnostic and what it needs, when it needs it. I regularly do my oil change and tire rotation here, and I’m in and out. Not like those chain shops or even car dealers that take over an hour for something so simple. Even when I’ve had a flat tire, I won’t spend more than 30 min here, good work for less time consumption. They are always on point when it comes to a repair estimated work time.

I was a fool going anywhere else because I always have issues with greedy lying autoshops. They took great care of me here and with a great price, they were transparent with me the whole way and offered me the different prices and levels of services for my issue. I cant recommend this place enough. Ask for Carlos!
