I have been servicing my Ford vehicles at this dealership for many years and have consistently received professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, that positive experience came to an end during my most recent visit on Friday. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and to have a minor noise from the cooling fan checked. I was informed by the service representative that my water hoses were leaking and that they needed to be replaced at a cost of approximately $950. I explained that the noise had been present for about a month, during which time the vehicle had never overheated nor required additional coolant. I was then told that there was no coolant in the system and that I was risking serious engine damage. Given that my vehicle had been operating normally with no signs of overheating or visible leakage at home or elsewhere, I declined the repair. However, the very next day, after starting my vehicle, water began pouring from the hoses, leaving my driveway covered. This was particularly concerning given that there had been no prior evidence of any leak. The timing of this development raises serious questions and has left me extremely disappointed and concerned. After many years of trust and loyalty, this experience has unfortunately damaged my confidence in the integrity of the service department.

I had to bring my 2022 Ford F150 Lariat in for a product recall. Hadn’t been here for years as I recently replaced my 2011 Ford truck. Everything went smooth and service was excellent. My advisor, Felix Ortega, was friendly & Professional. He walked me thru the current process and arranged for a courtesy ride home. The lift came in less than 5 minutes. The truck was done Around noon and the checkout was quick & easy. No issues…I’ll be back here for sure!

Arranged a test drive appointment and confirmed with a sales rep about the truck been ready to be bought that day I came by. I drove 2h 48mins 148 miles ONE WAY to then be told the truck didn't pass the dealership test and couldn't be sold... I had this arranged 2 days prior. This is unacceptable.

Raphael Mendoza is thorough, efficient, patient & has a great and friendly disposition. He makes sure to listen so he can address any situations and makes sure to run any concerns by you before running through any charges. I will continue to service my car with Ralph & Ford of Kendall.
