I brought my car in for what should’ve been a simple EVAP fix, but it turned into me having to take the car 3 separates times, 2 of them overnight and them overcharging me for their own mistake . First time they said it was fixed, but the warning light came on again next day. The second time, they told me the part was defective, so I left it all day again. Again the check engine light turned on after a couple days. By the third visit, the mechanic willingly admitted they knew I’d be back due to a bad part. Of course no one called me because these people don't care. Still I understood everyone makes mistakes and left the car without any attitude. Shockingly, when I got a call later, the front desk without absolutely any explanation wanted to charge me again for labor and parts. When I explained my frustration, I was told that now they wouldn’t fix it EVEN IF I PAID because I expressed dissatisfaction. She said "no we're not fixing it anymore come pick up your car anytime" . I insisted but even though the mechanic said he knew I would be back right in front of her she denied that he said that. I literally had to convince the lady on the phone to take my money so they could fix the car. I couldn't afford another day and having to take it to another shop. I wish I could have. After insisting to please fix my car and take my money, the lady transferred me to maybe the owner or manager that gave me a discount , but I still had to leave the car overnight again. The fact that they charged me after having to take my car 2 extra times for their mistake upsets me but what really got me to write this is how humiliating it was to beg that lady to fix my car. No apology—just a runaround. If you only need an oil change, maybe they’re fine, but for anything else, go somewhere else. No professionalism, no accountability, and I was left paying for their mistakes. Avoid them please. They tried claiming the third time I brought it was a separate problem but please look at the attached invoices and look at what was done. If you know anything about cars you know that if they knew what they were doing they would have had me in and out 1 time with 1 payment.

This is an excellent repair shop. Price was fair, repair was completed as promised, and dont listen to the other reviews regarding communication and rudeness. The staff called me several times to let me know the status and they were very nice! FAR is now my auto repair go-to.

Today I had the pleasure to visit this workshop, Jessica and Maria were absolutely amazing, I had to take my car for a steering system repair and their service was fast, affordable and accurate, I definitely recommend their service 100% it was an amazing experience.

Listen to me carefully: THIS SHOP COULD HAVE CHARGED ME WHATEVER THE HELL THEY WANTED AND I WOULD HAVE PAID - but they didn’t. They performed an amazingly quick diagnostic (took him all of 2 minutes), effectuated prompt and complete repairs (and believe me, this one was a doozy) and charged me a price that was so incredibly reasonable and, in fact, below reasonable that I had to go back to tip the mechanic. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have been to a dozen or more mechanics but as long as these folks are in business…. I will take ALL my business there and recommend them in a heart beat. Honestly, the best damn service I’ve seen in years people - YEARS!

See!? They did it again!!? They do it again and again and again - every damn time - super amazing, silly affordable, great customer service - it’s like, like, like they’re space aliens from the planet FIXIT. And on planet FIXIT, they fix it and they fix it fast! I just got my brakes done; I swear, by the time I got home from dropping the car off, they were calling me telling me it was ready. Comical. Again, this is the ONLY place I trust 100%, no questions asked, if they say X - take it to the bank - these folks are the epitome of competency, honesty & old-fashioned American industriousness. 5 stars. Hell, 6 stars. 17 1/2 stars!
