Five Star is in the name for a reason. I arrived on time, bay was ready and the guys got me in and out in 45 minutes. Dan was incredibly helpful and walked me through the adjustments and even checked my brakes no charge. Also, I was quoted $129 on the phone but Dan said they gave me the wrong price and it was actually $119. They could have easily not said anything and I would have been none the wiser. Truly an honest, great group of guys at Five Star.

Allow me to share how much I appreciate Five Star. I discovered them using Google Maps after an Aventura Police Officer pointed out a problem with a deflated tire a few blocks away. When I pulled into the entry, the proprietor stepped out, and offered to swap my spare. He sent me to a reputable tire store. And he did it out of kindness. He could have said, too busy, we don't do tires. He didn't. He helped me out when I needed it. When I need an alignment or brakes this neighbor is going to get my business no questions asked. Support your local family owned repair shops.

2nd time here getting an alignment. First time was a custom 1957 Rolls Royce with a mustang ii front end a few years ago and it is still aligned. Today i brought in my 2007 trailblazer ss. They got it aligned. It is lowered but they managed to get it done. Rick was the tech working on the alignment and explained it all. Dan handled the appointment over the phone. Highly recommend this place.

They’re incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They handle my fully adjustable suspension with ease and use Hunter’s state of the art HawkEye Elite alignment system, the best in the business. You’ll see everything from a Huracán or R8 to a Civic getting serviced here, these guys treat every car like it’s their own. Fair prices, honest work, and top tier equipment. Wouldn’t take my G37s anywhere else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at 5 Star Alignment & Auto Repair. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, honest, and clearly knew what they were doing. I brought my 2005 Scion xB in for an alignment after replacing a lot of suspension parts, and they took the time to do everything right instead of rushing the job. They explained what they were doing, made sure everything checked out before proceeding, and got my car driving perfectly straight with the steering wheel centered exactly how it should be. No upselling, no games—just solid, honest work. You can tell they actually care about doing the job correctly and treating customers right. That’s hard to find nowadays. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who needs alignment or suspension work.
