Came in for a routine oil change on my BMW M4. The technician jacked the car up from one side, which unevenly loaded the suspension and loosened the lower right wishbone control arm — resulting in over $1,500 in repairs. For a performance vehicle, proper lift technique is non-negotiable. The tools are there, but the knowledge to use them correctly on a German car clearly isn’t. Henry was helpful and professional, but the damage was already done. Also worth noting — $160 for an oil change is steep for this level of care. Won’t be returning.
