Everything went above and beyond the lady at the front desk (Yalina Alvarez) was very kind and help showing us all the offer. Also the shop manager help us choose the perfect set . Like I said everything was perfect until the moment of the load that Ismael Meza help us loads the tires on my trailer on the trailer and pick up bed making a lot of physical force because the forklift person knew that he was calling and he was acting like he is not listening when he finally came there where only two tires left to load and he said in Spanish to Mr. Mesa “tú piensa q yo estoy jugando,si están apurados q se vallan” for a company like this I that u expends a big amount of money didn’t expext that because everyone else made a excellent service just that forklift person need a really good customer service training thanks for everything
