I want to let peeps know. I called, bc my Te s la battery wasn't charging. The EV manager recommended for me to bring my vehicle for diagnostic. Wich I was told 399$ an hourly , he said will take about 3 hours to diagnose the issue with my battery. The n he said most likely I need to replace my Tesla battery for about $15 K . I wan never asked miles on my car, year and ect.... After that, I've contacted TESLA and they took my vehicle in INSTANTLY! They replaced brand new Battery and gave me loaner & free charging for FREE! So peeps , If you have a TE S LA, GO TO TESLA Service!!!!! I'm not even pissed,,I'm sad for the humanity. In my heart I know that they knew Tesla's warranty, regarding battery and I was not to be EVEN asked what mile & year my car has. Very sad . EV Garage Miami As a long time sports car enthusiast, I have always sought out high quality specialist shops that are capable of providing both standard maintenance services as well as aftermarket specialty upgrade parts and services that the dealer network typically does not provide. After purchasing my first Tesla, a 2022 Model Y, I searched the South Florida market for a Tesla and EV specific shop that I could work with to personalize my ride and install some aftermarket specialty suspension components to improve ride comfort, handling and tire wear. Happily, I found EV Garage Miami in Doral! They are one of the first and most professional Tesla and EV specific shops around, and I recommend them without hesitation. They have a large, clean, well organized shop, staffed with very experienced, professional and friendly pros. They understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish with my Model Y modifications and made the process a complete success. Recently, I purchased one of the final production examples of the Tesla Model X, and went straight to EV Garage Miami to make some similar improvements. My service advisor Cesar and their tech team put together a package including new custom forged wheels and tires, adjustable camber arms and ride height adjusters, and wheel spacers and extended studs to optimize the stance and balance of the car, and enable the car to be aligned properly for optimal handling and tire wear.
