I came here for a oil change and a check up on my car. It costed 220 for that (ripoff). I accepted and decided to move on. They then told me three different problems with my car. They Stressed the importance of immediately fixing or replacing them. They exaggerated. I went to another mechanic. None of these issues were as dramatic as described. The main issue I was told was my transmission oil was leaking and would need to charge me 650 to repair and replace the parts. I went to another mechanic for a second opinion. This was not true. The bit that holds the oil may be old and could use a replacement in the future, but it was not leaking at all. That could have Put me 650 in the hole. Meanwhile, the same guy who gave me the second opinion is able to do it for less than 200 when I need it done. Do not pay these people your hard earned money.

Honest mechanic. Get my oil changes for both cars here. More reasonably priced and wayyyy more honest than the Collection service department. Great front person (Nelson i believe?) They were happy to answer my detailed questions and also called before continuing any work. Had a minor coolant leak and they weren’t pushy to replace it but did give me a quote and explained consequences of not replacing it. Not an emergency but should be watched for issues down the road. I like when a shop can say that.
View on GoogleHonest & Generous Mechanic I brought my car in with concerns related to low coolant. European Auto Motors did a pressure test and inspection without finding any need for repair of my coolant system (coolant may have just depleted over a very long time of not changing it). Out of generosity, they completed the inspection free of charge given no maintenance was required ultimately. This reflects their honesty and good will, two traits essential in a mechanic. I would highly recommend them!

After water intrusion from Miami storms ruined sensors in my BMW SUV, I was able to go to John and team and get diagnostics at an affordable price and quickly compared to other mechanics and dealers in the area. The repair service and parts were at a reasonable price and they were honest, transparent, kind, and reassuring. And most importantly, all of the work they did, worked and fixed all of the issues with the car. Worth every penny. I would especially recommend for women who are nervous to deal directly with mechanics. Just great service.
