Let me tell you a story about my experience with this dealership! I stop by to get an estimate for an engine light with the code P0306 with is a misfire on cylinder number 6, they sent me an estimate for almost close to $9,000 dollars on 2015 jeep. They told me that was because of the number of parts and labor involve in fixing this vehicle. Here is the list of parts I would need for this repair, new spark plugs, $30, left head gasket, $13.00, Cylinder Head Cover Gasket, $27.00, They said I need it new lifters and tappets, with I did not. They said I need it to recover and recharge the whole ac system, with I did not, you don't need to disconnect the ac system to work on the left cylinder on the 3.6 Pentastar engine. You also don't need a new cylinder head, just take it to a machine shop to recon the head, $395 dollars. After all the work was done, I hook the scanner on the jeep and no more codes, it runs and sound like a new engine, and what's amazing is this engine only has 28k miles. My recommendation is, always get a second estimate before you give your money away. And by the way, I still pay over $600 dollars just to walk in for an estimate.

I went to this dealership on 11/25/2024. Annel Rodriguez met me at the door. No one was doing anything but talking and laughing. No one else was there to buy a car. Mind you, that was 3rd day there looking at a Cadillac Xt6, which no one ever came out to help me. This day me and my husband decided to go in. He greeted us I told him I wanted to see the Xt6. He went and got it. I test drove it I liked it. It was expensive for the year and miles. I said I wanted to get it. We do the credit app. I NEVER hear from them again. I even texted him is it any updates ? He doesn't even have the decency to text back. If they are not selling, cars management needs to look into the salespeople they are horrible.

Assuming people are confusing the dealer with the service department when it comes to reviews because zero way this is a 5 star location. The rep I’ve been working with seems really nice and is really just the messenger. So this is not about my contact who probably deserves a raise. This is about their policies. A diagnostic takes at least 4 days. I called to make an appointment and was told to just come in during the week. I paid out of pocket for a rental since they do not offer loaners. I cannot be without a car with two small children and a full time job. The part needed to make the repair is on back order until 2024 and was charged a diagnostic fee to be told they cannot do the repairs. Rental plus diagnostic fee we are just about $400. Finally, my battery just coincidentally died at the dealership and of course they didn’t leave anything on like a light. So about $500+ JUST TO get my car checked out and told they cannot fix it.

Very easy to make appointment through the website. I tried to make an appointment at a dealer closer by me and it was booked for weeks. I was able to get right in at this service department. The communication with service representative was great through text. Service was good. It was a little expensive as you can expect from most dealer service, however, you can expect that the job is done right.
