Dear Donald, We strongly disagree with your false accusations and feel it is important to provide the full facts. Your vehicle came to our shop with a serious loss of acceleration and power issue caused by an electrical failure. That issue was properly diagnosed and repaired, and your vehicle left our shop functioning correctly with normal acceleration restored. More than a month later, you returned with a completely separate mechanical engine problem, unrelated to the original repair. At that time, the vehicle was still accelerating, proving the original issue had in fact been corrected. Instead of allowing a proper inspection of this new problem, you entered our business aggressively, accused our staff of “scamming” you, threatened members of our team, and left before any evaluation could even be performed. We take our reputation seriously and do not appreciate false public statements claiming dishonesty simply because a vehicle develops a different problem weeks later. At Butler Automotive System, we perform honest diagnostics, stand behind our work, and treat customers with respect — and we expect the same respect in return.

I went to go get a diagnostic for my car now my windows don't work as soon they touch it now it not working. I don't recommend this company. I give them a zero

Never in my life have I ever heard anything like this before. They gave me a battery with the six month warranty. That was the first red flag, I told my dad I’ve never seen a battery with a six month warranty and I don’t feel comfortable, but he reassured me that he’s been going to Butler automotive since the 70s and they’re a good place to get your car fixed. It’s been 5 months and the battery is done. At month four I was experiencing issues with the battery dying so I went back with my original invoice. They tested the battery and said it was fine then sent me on my way. Me being confused, annoyed and helpless I just left and purchased a jump starter. Now at month five battery is tested again and for sure bad. They told me that they’ll replace the battery because it’s under warranty but I have to pay $90 for the labor? That is absurd. There is nowhere in America where you buy faulty equipment and under warranty, they tell you that you have to pay for the replacement , the labor should be free. I feel as though they’re just trying to get over on me because I’m a girl in a nice car and that’s unfair. I could be very wrong on my reason why but in the end why am I being charged $90 for labor for a replacement product that I was insured would be fine? It’s bs. A sham. I feel bamboozled and uncared for.

Horrible shop! Avoid at all costs. I had a minor electrical glitch in my car. He was able to fix it in about an hour but REFUSED to tell me why he fixed. I’m not sure if this is even legal. He then charged me $800 dollars for labor because there were no parts needed. After I paid and he returned my car he told me he was giving me a ONE MONTH guarantee. Sure enough, a couple months later the problem started happening again. I took it to a real shop this time and they fixed the problem for good and told me what the problem actually was and it was for $250. This guy is as crooked as they come. Do not give him your money.

First of all, they charged me $45 for a consultation in which they are supposed to deduct from the final payment should you chose to go forth with service. I proceeded to get my service from them. On 05/27, I was charged $400 plus for the services that I needed which were AC and Electrical Services. My vehicle was there for 3 days and when I picked up my vehicle on 05/30 the vehicle was NOT fixed. I DO NOT recommend this place of service!!! I was robbed without a gun!!!
