If you don’t want to wait 40 minutes to pick up your car at Braman’s service center use Daniel Ocampo as your advisor!! The best advisor I have had here! I’m writing this review specifically because his service was so great I had to write this. I’ve been using Braman (BMW) for 8 years now. Braman is Braman, extremely expensive, but a very safe trusted place for your car. I have never had a complaint about service performed. Over the years I have been rotated through several different service advisors and somehow I got lucky enough to be given Daniel after my last advisor left. Right away I was shocked that after filling out the paperwork to purchase new tires Daniel actually went to the car rental desk and filled out the waitlist for me instead of just pointing at where to go, he kept me updated on my car’s service and responded to any texts quickly, this specific time I needed my car back within a certain time frame and he made it happen, and of course I texted him what time I was planning to come pickup my car and when I pulled in, my car was already out front, washed and ready for me. For anyone that uses Braman you know it’s a nightmare getting your car back from valet, it’s always at least a 30-50minute process. I’ve had other advisors tell me they would do this for me in the past and never do it so I was shocked that Daniel came through! This was exceptional service on Daniel’s end and I’ve never had a quicker, easier, better experience at Braman Service.

My experience with A.S.A. Rent-a-Car, LLC was not satisfactory. From the beginning, René’s customer service left a negative impression, as there was no basic greeting or initial courtesy, which is expected in any customer service setting. Throughout the entire process, his attitude came across as unfriendly and at times rude, which made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. The communication was not appropriate, and there was a lack of a respectful, customer-oriented approach. Additionally, the vehicle was delivered in poor condition, noticeably dirty and not maintained to the standard expected from a car rental service, which further negatively impacted the overall experience. At the time of delivering the vehicle that I would be using for a few days, the interaction was particularly unpleasant, with a discourteous attitude that did not reflect the level of service expected from this type of company. I believe that at a company like A.S.A. Rent-a-Car, LLC, where customer service and vehicle condition are essential, it is important to consistently maintain high standards of cleanliness, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, in this case, those expectations were not met.

This is a review about Braman's Service Department, not the Sales Dept. We have been servicing our BMWs here for 10 years and have always been treated wonderfully, thanks to Chris! He is very knowledgeable and makes sure that we are taken care of to 100% satisfaction. We were there again this past Monday to get a final inspection of our X3 so that we could buy out our lease. All was done thoroughly and quickly so that we could do it all in one day and not have to come back again the next day. They have a nice customer lounge so that you can be comfortable while waiting. No fold up chairs at this reputable place! We also wish to thank Scarlett for her helpfulness on the Sales side! You truly are treated royally by the staff no matter which department you are in.

Great Dealership. The Service Dept is comfortable and offers great Coffee Drinks while you wait. As with any Dealership, prices are on the high side. But the excellent service and amenities are worth it.
