From beginning to end, I had a great experience. My service representative was attentive, communicative, and made sure all of my concerns about the vehicle were addressed. He set clear expectations for when my car would be ready and kept me updated throughout the process. When I arrived to pick it up, everything was ready, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and wheel balancing, and the prices I was quoted were more than double the average market price—even compared to another dealership of the same brand. That alone was enough to make me question whether I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, this wasn’t my first issue. During my previous service visit, I was told my vehicle had been serviced, but I later realized the maintenance had not actually been performed. I noticed this through the vehicle’s app and other indicators, filed a complaint, and had to bring the vehicle back so the maintenance could finally be completed. While my vehicle purchase experience was positive, the service department has been extremely disappointing. The lack of consistency, combined with excessive pricing, has caused me to lose confidence in this dealership. A great sales experience is important, but long-term customer satisfaction depends on the quality, honesty, and value provided by the service department. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service department.
View on GoogleI’m a person of little means and people tells me don’t take your car to the dealer, but I’m here to tell you. It was the best experiment I had. They took care of me and I appreciate a customer service skills they have, they made assure the Car was in top shape and they made sure I was able to ride out. Everything was signed sealed and delivered. When I say take care of you!!! They did that…..They get five stars.

View on GoogleKyle was my service agent. At first, I was very happy because he found that my car was under warranty for a factory defect. I received a rental car and picked up my car the next day. He was busy when I got there to pick up my car and asked me to wait by the rental counter. It had been a while so I walked over to him where he was sitting looking at his phone and had forgotten about me. I needed my wheels aligned, and I told him that I wanted to shop around for the best price first. After I received a Costco discount, I called him back several times to schedule my wheel alignment. He never followed up. I never received a callback from him.
