My brother and I went to fix a flat and the lady manager there who needed to “verify” the service was annoying, lazy and on her phone. When I called her out for being a crappy manager she just stated she was “doing her job” if that means scrolling through instagrams then yea sure, you’re doing a great job. Awesome customer service manager can get shafted tho.

I was shocked when I went to pick up my car and Omar immediately handed me the money. I was truly shocked as I was assuming the money was gone. I’ve been in Miami almost 20 years and have really lost faith in most people in this city. I hope management reads this review and recognizes Omar for his ethics, honesty and professionalism. View on GoogleI have previously bought tires at BJ's Tire center, in this case my car was fairly new and still had the factory tires and all I needed was to fix a flat, I finally got somebody to answer by calling the main store, it was 5:30 p.m. The individual told me that he couldn't do anything because they're about to close when I said you guys close at 7:00 p.m. that's an hour and a half He didn't have much to say! My question is if the service for the tires is lacking Why would I buy tires there to begin with We all need to fix flats once in a while or have maybe another problem with our tire, I will not be looking to buy tires there when my wife's vehicle needs tires! And I've been a BJ's customer since they first opened in Hialeah.
