Just wanted to thanks jay at Bavarian for treating people with courtesy and being upfront explaining detail costly repairs that I had to do to my BMW and alternatives available. He also gave me the average cost which was way lower than the dealership. This kind of customer service is unusual now days in the 305. Jay certainly has the experience and know how to gain the confidence of the customers. Thanks again Jay.

The staff was SUPER PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE! So glad my friend referred me to Jay, the owner! They finished the job quickly, and efficiently! Jackie, one of the employees, even dropped me off at The Falls, while they worked on my car! Truly a wonderful place!
