I brought my Mercedes-Benz SLK250 to this shop due to a rough idle issue that started after a previous oil cooler repair performed at another shop. I was initially charged $3,800. They identified an incorrect intake installation, replaced an electric motor they claimed was causing the issue, and also performed brake and intercooler work. However, the original problem remained unresolved. I returned the next day and informed them the vehicle was still experiencing the same issue. During this second visit, I was charged an additional $850. They performed a valve cleaning and diagnosed a much more serious problem, stating that the cylinder head required valve work and even suggested that replacing the entire engine would be the best solution. Additionally, I was charged labor twice for essentially the same intake removal work during both visits. Seeking a second opinion, I took the car to another shop, where the issue was resolved immediately. The root cause turned out to be a simple loose hose. I returned to the original shop and gave them the opportunity to review the case, especially considering that their diagnosis escalated to a catastrophic level without justification, the issue was never resolved, and duplicate labor charges were applied. They initially stated they would evaluate the situation and get back to me, but after following up in person, they decided not to take any responsibility. I am extremely disappointed, not only with the quality of the diagnosis and work performed, but also with the lack of accountability and customer support. Paying over $4,600 for unresolved issues, incorrect diagnosis, and duplicate labor charges is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend others to proceed with caution.

If you want to lose money and time, with not even a minimum on the work done, this is the right place, stay away !!! 500 dollars for transmission revision, but the problem was the support and not the transmission, money wasted 1625 dollars for oil tank replacement, and I problem continues if not that it got worse, all this to be told that the problem is the tank, that it was bought by him used and that not as a guarantee

I established contact with Auto Trust, (Juan and Doris Avila), through a flyer received in my mail. This is perhaps five years ago. Since then, juan has performed all the annual service for my Mercedes and he has been extremely responsive to any problem I may have had Thru the year we have been in contact with Juan and Doris, I have been able to appreciate the expertise and honesty of Juan. Thus, if he advises me the car needs some repair, I know that he is telling me the truth, and tell him to proceed. Only recently we had problems with the computer system and with the steering system. My Mercedes Benz ML350 broke down pretty scary and I got really nervous. When I found Auto Trust International everyone was very caring and understanding. They gave me an outstanding customer service, and most importantly they fixed my car perfectly. 100% recommended.

Stay away from this place if you don’t own a mercedes. Took my bmw m5 and after $2700 the car was still bad. They told me after collecting the money that they need to repair more stuff to get it going. Computer scanning means nothing to them. They just want to get more and more from you. Not only they did not fix what I brought my car for but they broke many thing inside the hood that later on It will be replace at the bmw dealer. Good word of advise…if you don’t own a Mercedes’… stay away from this place if you don’t want to get violated.
