I brought my vehicle in for service expecting professionalism and honesty, but instead, items went missing from my car while it was in the dealership's possession. Having your personal belongings stolen by the very people you're supposed to trust is outrageous. The lack of accountability and respect for customers is shocking. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice before leaving their vehicle there. I will never return and cannot recommend this place to anyone. They said they are not responsible for anything in the car meaning they have all rights to steal everything in it. The homeless mechanic that is collecting items. I send a email out to frank (Manager) still no respond about it . Im sure he helps them another homeless . Careful with bringing your car here doesn't have to valuable they'll take anything.

I would never want to deal with anyone else unless Alex is there — not even when purchasing a brand-new Corvette. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication are unmatched. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of and completely satisfied. He deserves a raise, an award, a promotion — anything to keep him there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else, but Alex is you take your car in for service.

I want to make it clear that my issue is not with the agent who assisted me — he was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, my disappointment lies with the dealership itself and how they handled my vehicle. I brought in my C8 Corvette for service, and during that visit, the spoiler was damaged. What’s unacceptable is that no one from the dealership informed me of the damage. When I picked up my car, they still didn’t mention it — I only noticed the issue after I got home. I immediately called to report the problem, it’s now been three days and I still haven’t received a call back to schedule the repair. This lack of transparency and urgency is unbelievable for a dealership representing such a high-end vehicle brand. I expect much better communication and accountability from a dealership entrusted with vehicles of this caliber.

My experience with Autonation Doral I considered satisfactory and very professional, the staff and Mangers they do a possible things to help you as a customer 😀 My Car is a pickup truck Silverado 1500 Last time have a issue with the transmission,the mechanic Jordy,including the associate of the Dealer Otto Vasquez they did the best they can to resolve this issue and very grateful 🙏 about it. I have this truck since May 2020 and every time that I have maintenance or any other thing Otto Vasquez it's there for me and every customer always treating each other with respect and professionalism.
