The shop is nice and clean, the owner is polite and professional but whoever handled my wheel for a tire plug deeply scratched the inside of the wheel with the tire changer machine, apparently the used the steel hooks instead of the plastic side. Typical Miami attitude, no apologies, no intention of compensation, just the "I don't know how that happened" silly phrase that everyone says. I have not doubt that this is a good honest shop, I was just unlucky that one mechanic was not paying attention, other clients will not be so understanding.

He was direct, straightforward, and took the time to explain the service and tell me what I should look for and also look out for. Jerry’s no-nonsense approach definitely earned my respect and confidence. I’ll absolutely be going to Jerry’s shop for future maintenance and service.

I do not normally write reviews, but I was exceptionally pleased with the service here. I was concerned I might have a problem with a tire but did not want to spend money unnecessarily. Julio took the time as soon as I spoke with him to carefully inspect the tires and explain to me thoroughly my situation and my options. I left without doing any repairs for now because the tires were ok, but received very good information on when I might want to change my tires and my struts. Julio was very polite and professional, and did not pressure me into spending any money. I left feeling relieved about the car but also very impressed with the service.
