Auto Tire Rivera 2 went above and beyond. The customer service alone deserves 5 stars — they were welcoming, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find service like that these days. I’ll definitely be coming back.
View on GoogleThey are amazing. I usually go for a change of oil early morning and is in and out. I've been there for tires and I think they pretty fair with their prices. Miguel (the guy who usually works on my car) is great at explaining any issue he may see in my car, my daughter's, or husband's that could give me future issues. I truly like this family company.
View on GoogleI went in to replace 1 flat tire and walked out with damage to my rim. Their service is quick but poor. I brought up the concern about my rim and was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. The guys kept telling me that they don’t touch the front of the rim so they couldn’t have damaged it. None of my rims have signs of any curb rash or damage to the lip until now. Best part is they didn’t install the valve stem back on. I asked for it and they gave me some cheap plastic one. I told the guy that’s not it and he was like “oh the Mazda one”. He then finally gave me my Metal Mazda valve stem cap and was forced to drive off with nothing being settled. Stay away from a business that doesn’t own up to their mistakes. They messed up and didn’t try to solve anything nor take any sort of accountability. I have photos of the damage before and after.
