We brought my Mercedes here, and from the first interaction I felt like I was dealing with people I could actually trust. Everyone was super respectful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They were on time, kept us updated, and their pricing felt fair, which is not always easy to find in Miami when it comes to car repairs or service. In all honesty this business is good but I have been calling you guys and asking for help for quite a while and yet you guys just hang up or never returned my calls for an estimate. My car was fixed by you guys before and my father has taken his vans to the previous owner of this establishment. The previous fixed my dad’s problems with his vans and highly recommended you guys so I gave it a chance. I waited for a response in how much an inner and outer tie rods PLUS the upper and lower control arm since my first diagnosis with you guys in December. You guys were honest and said my cars transmission is on its last legs and the air problem was the throttle body yet I found out that the actual issue was the hose itself. After I myself replaced the hose and checked for any dirtiness in the throttle body, the codes for the air were gone. The MAF sensor job was perfect and so was the previous throttle clean but I don’t understand what I did to you guys for you guys to not even give me an estimate I’ve been waiting for for months. I went to another place to get a diagnosis and they said the sam things so I tried calling you guys because trust you guys with my car and yet I never got an estimate nor a call back again. I sincerely don’t know if I did something wrong to you guys but I hope to at least get an estimate. I’m now gonna find somebody else then unless you guys would like to give me an estimate for the control arms and alignment. For the transmission, it was completely fixed, transmission flushed and codes gone. As I’ve been saying, all I wanted was a simple replacement of my control arms and alignment.
