The service at Arrow Muffler was incredible. They helped me install an aftermarket exhaust on my Nissan 370Z that a friend had given me. The exhaust was missing parts and the fitment wasn't good. The guys at the shop custom made the missing parts and made sure the fitment was perfect. After everything was done they let me look underneath so I could see the finished product. I am very satisfied how the job came out, the car sounds amazing. They work quickly and have very competitive prices. I also had a chance to speak to the owners and found out the shop has been opened since the 1950s and passed down through 3 generations. The last one being the brothers who run and work at the shop every day. I highly recommend Arrow Muffler to anyone that needs any work done on their car.

UPDATED REVIEW: Got my car back from ford today running in sub par condition. Didn’t have a chance to take it to pines for diagnostic but AL did pay for the service CORRECTING the errors his mechanics made .. somehow he feels I should be appreciative when I’m totally confused 4 1/2 weeks no car and guess what y’all .. STILL NO AC! Ford confirmed they needed to replace computer , radiator fan , two relays , and the coolant reservoir just for it to be back drivable -_- … WORST EXPERIENCE EVER just be patient save ya money n go to AC PROFESSIONAL 😔 will update if other issues pop up .. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! I TOOK MY CAR HERE FOR AN AC REPAIR 4 weeks ago told them if my car needed to be left overnight not to worry about it because I couldn’t leave my car overnight, they did not care, they intentionally IMMOBILIZED my car and then put me in a Mercedes loaner that was running hot and had no lights and all the lights was on , on the dashboard , I informed AL he claimed he wasn’t aware but then gave me “HIS PERSONAL” car a filthy Toyota Corolla with hella lights on the dashboard as well -_- as a loaner with an EXPIRED TAG and dead battery advising me to switch the tags with my tags , when I mentioned the things to him he claimed his car is newer than mines it’s a 2022 -_- like what my 2014 does mustang in better condition than BOTH the cars they loaned me … my car was towed to ford last week , and what the ford in pines said would take three days to get the part in somehow took five days to get the part and figure out “Arrow Muffler Mechanics” fried my PCM and the pcm needed replaced -_- just for it to take another 4 days to reprogram the computer and anti - theft system where I’ve had that done multiple times within 30 min .. this has been a horrible experience I have never experienced a situation like this in my entire life this is my fifth car and I bought my first car at 17.. the mechanics here is a joke if they would have listened to me instead of brushing me off like I didn’t know what I was talking about I would have my car , my job still , and still a 4.0 gpa I have missed school , got fired from my job , and can’t even leave town because I don’t have a reliable means of transportation. I literally drove my car to these people and it had to be towed away in a tow truck. Literally everything they touched they broke if I wouldn’t have spoken up and told them to stop I wanted a second opinion they had taken apart the fuse box and was tryna replace the fuse box and the BCM -_- … this is a place for MUFFLER WORK ONLY!! No matter what the owner says he’s selfish and doesn’t have peoples best interest in mind , I’ve been contacting him since last week trying to notify him about me being stranded and this loaner not working , he literally ignored me , cursed me out in person claiming if I had a mechanic why did I bring my car there , these people is NUTS and just a very unprofessional disrespectful disservice I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here … photos coming soon of conversation and my car

Came for a muffler delete on my 2019 Mustang they did a great job the owner is a nice guy I’m happy with the service price was fair I highly recommend
