I called today early this morning and they had an appointment available for an alignment on my 2021 Cadillac Escalade. I got new tires mounted on and needed an alignment so luckily I found these guys. Service was great. The staff is very friendly. Yossi took care of the alignment. I will be making another appointment soon. Highly recommend these guys. Update: brought in my 2007 trailblazer ss after making an appointment with Adriana on the phone. She is the friendly receptionist at the front desk. Again Yossi and his team did a great job at a great price. Fast friendly service everytime.

I chose this place after doing some research, as I always prioritize businesses with strong reviews and positive customer feedback. While I was initially hopeful based on what others had shared, my experience, unfortunately, fell short in some key areas. On a positive note, the customer service was great — I truly appreciated how accommodating the staff were. They managed to squeeze me in on short notice and had me in and out quickly, which I value. The team was courteous and efficient, which made the check-in process smooth. However, I’m disappointed with the actual maintenance service. I came in for a tire change and an alignment. After leaving, I noticed that one of my rims had been scratched — the black paint had been noticeably scraped off during the tire change. Additionally, my car still shakes when I reach around 60mph, which leads me to believe the alignment issue wasn’t fully resolved. Admittedly, I should have checked more thoroughly before leaving the lot, but these are details I wouldn’t have expected to be overlooked by a professional shop. Overall, while I’m grateful for the prompt service and friendly staff, the quality of the maintenance work didn’t meet my expectations, especially given the strong reviews I had seen beforehand.

I can definitely recommend this place to everyone! Very friendly employees, and they are professionals. I had to do the alignment and rotate my tires. They did it pretty quick. All equipment is really good. Price is reasonable. Clean inside. When mechanic working on your vehicle, you can have a coffee and watch Netflix. Thank you!

I recently had some engine work on my car done. I brought it to Alignment Kings in Miami. Another shop told me that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the job done and Yossi and his team did it in TWO days! And it cost me a lot less! Their service is super fast, very reliable, and very honest.. Alignment Kings really know their stuff. This is hands-down, the best auto shop mechanic in Miami! I’ve been telling all my friends to get their cars done with the Alignment Kings for a while now and because I’ve been getting such great service, I decided to write a 5 star review! Thanks to the guys at the Alignment Kings, really appreciate all the great work.
