Unfortunately the shop keeps this technician employed who lacks knowledge and people skills and it appears they assign this guy to handle every vehicle and customer that comes in. You leave thinking they fixed your problem after paying for a service, but as soon as you drive off, you realize the problem still persists and your car needs to come back…ofcourse it does. Nothing gets fixed here, ever. I had the same problem with this shop years ago but thought it may have been an isolated issue. It’s not. They’ll tell you they drove your car up and down the street and it’s working fine, then the moment you leave, your car starts giving you issues again. Years later, nothing has changed, this shop doesn’t fix anything. On top of that, the customer service from the main technician is terrible. The owner is nice and Dom, the front desk kid, is nice. Unfortunately the main technician is miserable and tired of his job.You can tell he is just over it. Hope he retires soon and they hire some good help.
