HONESTY. Manager, Luis U. was honest with me to his own possible detriment (an opportunity in us getting a better deal from the dealer vs A Auto Tech as well as how to compare quotes of work and why my request wasn't apples to apples to what other people may get quoted). Not only was he honest, but he - and his entire office staff - were respectful to myself and others while I was there waiting for a quote. Although I cannot speak to the quality of work, I will consider them for future paint work needs.

If you want a shop that actually has its act together, this is it. From the moment I walked in, everything about this place communicated professionalism: organized, efficient, and genuinely on top of it. I came in after a car accident and needed an appraisal done quickly. Abraham handled it and was phenomenal: fast, thorough, and got the information over to me right away. When you’re dealing with the aftermath of an accident, speed and clarity matter more than anything, and he delivered on both. The front desk team is equally impressive. Every interaction was smooth, and even their voicemails stand out: detailed, clear, and actually useful. That might sound like a small thing, but it says everything about how well this operation is run. The details don’t lie. Highly recommend. You can tell the whole team takes pride in what they do.

Extremely efficient, friendly, reasonably priced, and not scammy! Came in expecting a really big bill and was pleasantly surprised and appreciative. They also went above and beyond the repair- fixed a random spot that was unrelated to the original repair, put paint on the truck area from suitcase damage, and detailed the car. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. So while I hope I don’t have to see them again, I recommend them 100%…especially as a woman not from Miami.
