Okay. Good tires , and some what okay prices , great mechanics as well , good location and great parking . So why my 0 stars ? The customer service that is provided in this place especially the front desk is the worst I have received in a very long time. There's (2) girls that work there, I don't know there names I just know one that I will not forget "Cynthia" this young lady was the rudest person I have encountered in a very long time. I don't know, maybe she thinks that she's in a flea market instead of providing good customer service and of course being polite and courteous , at the same time I'm assuming ? Well my father and I went to purchase tires , and my father's credit card has just been activated some days prior , so therefore his card was acting kind of funny. We purchased $425 worth of tires I believe , and when he went to pay , the girl told us it was not going threw , to try another visa card or anything else , she went walking to that lady Cynthia to say something & then she proceeded to scream and holler out your card is "DECLINED" , mind you there was other customers in the store , I was left in shock because I own a business and one thing I tell my employees to never shout that out , you always say that in a nice and quiet way, there could be many reasons why this is happening. She also had a very BAD attitude. My father told the other girl please try again. And it ended up going threw after the (3) attempts I believe. She most likely never received proper education or a good teaching at home. But that was very uncomfortable and super offensive . I hope she gets addressed. Thank you.
