BUYER BEWARE! Very disorganized taking way to long for a simple job, forgetting or not just ordering the parts to complete the job. Fully charged for the completion of the job and was returned incomplete work and I doubt I’ll ever hear back to have it completed. Do your research people!!! before you let someone work on your vehicles!!!!

I love this place. Best place I've brought my car to get everything tuned up. It was clicking so bad when I brought it there. Quick and honest. Thank you guys!

They are honest, their prices are very reasonable and they get the job done in the time they say they will. I highly recommend them. We were looking for a new mechanic in the area for our vehicles because the place we were going to changed management and we didn't like it anymore. We tried Madden's Auto because they had good reviews. We've used them for several car repairs and we are very pleased.

They sorted my SUV & did a great job. I gave it 4 stars due to there being no waiting room or any type of waiting area. They didn't tell me that ahead of time so once things were settled I had to find someone to come pick me up. There's also only one restroom that I noticed. There are a lot of guys there...yep, ya know how that's gonna play out LoL It's best to not need it for anything.

So my step father recommended I go see Chuck to put on my ready lift on a 2022 dodge ram I had just purchased. I went and dropped truck at the shop. The price I was quoted to install the lift was unbelievably low. 200 bucks to put the lift on. Came back that afternoon and picked the truck up. Handed him 225 cash as I was so pleased at the deal I thought I'd recieved. Within 4 months one of the bolts that was re-installed came out completely while I was driving. This resulted in a broken axle and a few other small parts needing replacing. I had only driven the truck on road. 0 mudding or anything ( its brand new). The dealer said my warranty is still good, but since the lift was installed at maddens and the bolt that fell out was removed and reinstalled by them the repair wasn't covered. The bill came to over 1000 dollars. My step father who recommended maddens stopped to discuss and was told " we assumed your son would know to check that bolts were tight periodically". " he sounded like hes researched these lifts". Noone told me upon pick up that I needed to check that bolts we're still tight occasionally. I have had another lifted truck. Never had to check bolts, and none ever fell out after install. I called the dealer and they said I don't need to check bolts after repair because they tightened them appropriately. They said that bolt was not tightened to spec torque or it wouldn't have fell out. So lesson is, when something seems too cheap to be true it is. When faulty work resulted in over 1000 dollar bill, this shop copped out. I'm a business owner, and when my work isn't up to par I make it right rather I incur a loss or not. Best of luck if something they do results in a large bill. Even an offer to pay half the bill would have been nice. Complete cop out though.
