I paid for two Rims to be repaired from this service. They came and picked them up and brought them back to me fixed. They said it had a 30 day warranty. One of the tires and rims started losing air right away. When I called them to fix it they said it was new damage. Mind you I just paid them $420. I know for a fact it was not new damage. The shop sent me a video of the damages they claim were new! I sent them a video back of the sane damages from when they "fixed" it the first time. Even with my very clear and evident pictorial and video evidence that it was the same bend from the first repair the man I was working with at the shop actually was rude as hell and called me a liar. It is so evident that this is a scam. I asked that the owner reach out to me and I haven't heard anything. I'm disappointed in the way I was treated and spoken too. Dissatisfied with the repair that didn't work. I want my $200 back and may have to contact the police If the shop refuses to fix it or refund me even with picture evidence. Sad I wish I went to any other rim shop and dude called me a liar and said he Boss likes to sue liars essentially threatening me. His review from the last month would have deferred me. Just be honest. He had plenty of chances to fix this even took it too shop and said he wouldn't do it unless I paid another $250. I also asked to speak to owner and employee refused. I told Him, I would rate this shop badly due to my expensive poor experience and he said he don't care he is not the owner. Great job ! If they had just made good on their word, I would have referred them. When I told them I would not be utilizing their services and to just bring the rim back. He said he would deliver it at 1:30. And I didn't get it till almost 5:30 Essentially, so I cannot do anything for the rest of the remaining business day to repair my busted rim that I already paid him to fix. Petty people
