Stay away from this place!!! I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. I met with the alleged owner after we agreed he would repair what I believed was a bad tie rod. Before ordering any parts, he offered to perform a full inspection. After completing that inspection, he confirmed the problem was the tie rod, ordered the part, and I paid for the part in cash. My original appointment was scheduled for 6/17, then rescheduled to 6/19, and ultimately postponed again until 6/22. When I arrived at noon on 6/22 as instructed, I still was sent home to wait while other customer was worked on first before my vehicle was finally brought into the shop hours later. Once my vehicle was on the lift and the tie rod had already been removed, the alleged owner discovered that the control arm was bent—something that had been completely missed during the inspection he performed before ordering parts. This was the first time anyone had mentioned a bent control arm to me. After completing the tie rod replacement, the owner insisted the vehicle required an alignment before it could leave. He said it was company policy not to let car leave without alignment and conveniently told me i had to go to his person for $80 . I told him i had my own options to get it done.. He insited and took me to Tire plus a Fire stone affiliate… Since I have a lifetime alignment Tire Plus, did the job at no charge under my plan. However he insisted his friend do the job at Tire Plus. While him and his friend were in the back at Tire plus performing the alignment, I was told the bent control arm and a rusted adjustment bolt prevented a complete alignment, so only the front alignment could be completed. When I got my vehicle back, it had developed a loud metallic scraping noise whenever I turned the steering wheel fully to the left—a noise that did not exist before I brought it in for repair. My situation was clearly worse than before. When I questioned why the bent control arm had been missed during his own inspection, the owner’s response was, “You told me it was a tie rod, so I fixed that. I did my job.” I found that response unacceptable considering he was the one who performed the full inspection and confirmed the diagnosis before ordering parts. The overall experience lacked professionalism. The owner repeatedly requested my personal information but refused to provide me with his own name when I asked. Payment was cash only, I was never given a receipt or a copy of anything I signed, and I left with a vehicle that had a new problem that did not exist before the repair. This was all shady ! I also completed custom T-shirts for the business in exchange for part of the labor. The owner still expected me to pay an additional $100 for labor, which I declined because I do not believe the work was performed competently or that the vehicle was properly diagnosed. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in the quality of the diagnosis and repair process. I will be filing formal complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services, and the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division so the matter can be reviewed. I expect a repair shop to accurately diagnose a vehicle after performing an inspection, communicate honestly with customers, provide receipts and documentation, and stand behind its work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. He bragged and boasted he was so good and thorough with Mercedes that was not true 100%. Stay clear of this place and pay the delarship.

Super thankful I found this place. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. They made the whole process smooth and easy. They kept me updated, finished when they said they would, and didn’t try to push extra stuff I didn’t need. It’s hard to find honest mechanics. I will definitely come back here again!

I came in for an oil change with multiple lights on my dashboard when this amazing team was done with my vehicle all the lights were cleared off, they did more than what I asked for, Very nice people!!

I was so worried that my car engine problem was going to cost me a fortune, but this team went through the entire process with me and definitely saved me some money along the way! I’m forever grateful for a team like this, they were very transparent with me and didn’t try to upsell me on anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary. Couldn’t have been happier for their service and definitely recommend them to anyone with their car problems

They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and didn't try to upsell me on parts I didn't need. The pricing was fair, and my car is running perfectly now. I highly recommend them for anyone dealing with tricky electrical or engine issues
