I had a great experience at this location. The person at the front desk was polite, professional, and very helpful. He answered all of my questions, fixed the original issue, and also took the time to give me more information about another concern I asked about. He didn’t proceed with any additional work without my approval—instead, he explained the issue clearly and provided a price and quote upfront, which I really appreciated. I was able to be seen the same day, the pricing was affordable, and the location was convenient. While the parking isn’t the best, the excellent customer service definitely makes up for it. I would recommend this place and would return again.

Before writing this review, I paid twice to have my car diagnosed, and I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I originally came in December for an oil change. Then in February, my dashboard showed low oil, and my car started leaking oil, something it had never done before. Concerned, I took it to another mechanic, who immediately noticed that my car had no oil because the oil filter had not been changed during my last oil change which caused it to leak/bust (don’t remember the term he used) He advised me to return to this shop since they were the ones who serviced my car. When I came back, they told me that, according to their records, I had been advised to replace my engine front cover gasket and valve cover gasket . I explained that no one ever mentioned this to me during my previous visit. They claimed it was written on my receipt, but I came in for an oil change, so I only expected to see charges related to that service. If there was a serious issue with my car, it should have been clearly explained to me while I was there waiting. The employee then told me the gasket issue had been ongoing for a long time ,even before I bought the car. I’ve owned my car for 8 years and have kept up with regular maintenance, tire rotations, and diagnostics, and this issue was never mentioned before. They then tried to charge me $5,000 for this repair, which didn’t feel right, so I got a second opinion. The second mechanic quickly confirmed that the oil leak was coming from the filter that had not been changed during my December oil change. I called this shop to explain what I was told, but they refused to take responsibility and insisted it was still the engine front cover gasket and valve cover gasket, without doing a proper recheck of the car. After replacing the filter and getting another diagnostic, my car had no issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. Please be careful and consider going somewhere else.

I had an engine problem and took my car to Milex From the very beginning they were honest about the diagnosis and explained everything clearly They didn’t try to upsell me on repairs I didn’t need or overcharge me which is hard to find these days They fixed the issue properly kept me informed throughout the process and the pricing was fair It’s refreshing to find an repair shop that values honesty and treats customers with respect I highly recommend Milex Auto to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable mechanics

My sons graduation gift was towed to Milex. The next day Rudy told me it would cost 3k to fix and threatened to junk my sons honda in 2 hours if i didnt pay $600 for it being there a day and a half. They did zero work on it. I recommend avoiding this greedy business. Im getting legal advice. Will update.
