I have dropped both of my cars off here multiple times for different problems and just needing a new set of tires. I would setup an appointment with Jody who is always great with setting up appointments and Rohan and his team do an amazing job looking the entire vehicle over. I had to have my brakes and my struts on one car replaced here and it was by far the best pricing out of any of tge mechanics in the entire area. My other car i needed new tires along with front brakes and rotors and same thing again it was the absolute lowest price in the area. Any trouble I ever have with any of my vehicles I will definitely make sure to bring them here.

With the customer service I just experienced, I have zero clue how Margate Auto Center has 5 stars. That was no where near 5 star service. I could not get past the very snippy, dismissive, impatient woman running the front desk. A little patience returned back would have made all the difference. If the shop is too busy to accept my car, just say that instead of treating me like a huge burden. She clearly did not need me as a customer since they're so slammed.

Hit something on the road on my way back from the movies. Loud scraping under my car—super stressful. Brought it in and Rohan helped me right away. They fixed it in about 20 minutes (just a loose plastic cover) and didn’t charge me anything. That never happened to me before. I tipped the mechanic outside and went on my way. Fast, honest, and gave me real peace of mind. Highly recommend.
