From the moment I arrived, Chris greeted me with warmth and genuine friendliness. His professionalism was evident, but it was his incredible integrity that really set this visit apart. Chris took the time to thoroughly explain the wheel alignment process, ensuring I understood everything. He didn’t stop there—he shared invaluable advice on when to get alignments, as well as tips for tire rotation, oil changes, and fluid maintenance. This knowledge empowered me and took away the anxiety I've often felt about navigating car care, especially as a woman who has had many unfortunate experiences in the past. In just 30 minutes, Teddy had my car ready, making the whole process quick and efficient. It was refreshing to encounter such a high standard of ethics and honesty. There also a very clean & air conditioned waiting area where I was able to work while I waited. 🛋️ there is also a super cute glass case of fashionable earrings to browse & shop which had beautiful pieces.. I can wholeheartedly recommend J&C Car Repair; I’ve found a trustworthy place for my car, and I’m excited to share it with others.
