I can’t recommend Nax at FortuneMinds Garage enough! I was chasing an annoying suspension noise on my Mustang for a while. I took it to the dealership and even had another mechanic inspect it, but neither could find the issue. A buddy of mine recommended FortuneMinds Garage, so I brought it to Nax. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the problem solved instead of just throwing parts at it. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue, found what everyone else had missed, and got everything fixed. My Mustang is finally dialed in and drives exactly how it should. One man show!! But he’s running his shop like he got a couple of guys back there with him!! Real stand up guy. Real throwback customers know him from his old shop on Powerline. He’s efficient & reliable definitely a guy you’d want working on your car. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

View on GoogleI took my vehicle to this shop for a simple alignment and left extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the service and the owner’s attitude. From the moment issues started, it became clear that this place lacks professionalism, accountability, and real experience with certain vehicles. Not only did they fail to properly perform the alignment, but my vehicle actually came back worse than when I brought it in. It was obvious the person working on my car had no real idea what he was doing. On top of that, his work caused multiple warning lights to come on, which had never been an issue before. Parts that were perfectly fine prior to the visit were now either affected or out of spec. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner responded with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. There was no effort to properly inspect the damage, no willingness to correct the mistakes, and absolutely no sense of customer care. To make matters worse, I had to take my vehicle to another alignment shop afterward. They quickly identified the issues, properly aligned the steering wheel, corrected the camber, and as soon as the job was done — the warning lights were gone. That alone confirms the first shop’s work was careless and incorrect. If you value your vehicle — especially if it’s modified or requires precise alignment — They clearly do not have the skill, knowledge, or attention to detail required, yet they will still take your money without hesitation. There are many alignment shops out there that actually care about doing the job right. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. Save yourself the headache, the potential damage, and the wasted money. Such a disappointment.
