I had an outstanding experience with this mechanic shop while having my Porsche serviced. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They took the time to explain the issue, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and completed the work with exceptional attention to detail. My Porsche is running perfectly now, and it’s clear they take pride in the quality of their work. It’s not easy to find a shop you can trust with a high-performance vehicle, but these guys exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was excellent, the turnaround time was great, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work they provided. If you’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and trustworthy mechanic—especially for European or luxury vehicles—I highly recommend this shop. Floyd's is great and is like family since my family and I have been coming here for years. The service is fast and they always let me know what needs to be done to keep my car running. The price is also so much better than a lot of other mechanics!

This company is showing deception. If you examine the time, the distant and the space between each negative complaints, a pattern of bad behavior appears to emerge from each complaint. It appears that Floyd auto is not being truthful when they say that they treat all of their customers fairly. It is not possible for a complaint to exist from separate people whom don't know each other, but some how they magically appeared to voice a complaint. Logically, the bad reviews are realistic and they form a chain of events which has taken place in different points of time. This company refuse to take any responsibility on any of the complaints. Read them for your self. This company say negative things about the people who have experienced injury by their company. Rather than make any attempt to mitigate a problem with the possible injury of a client, they would rather blame the actual client. The evidence of a pattern can't be dismissed. The public need to understand that this company has a tendency to gravitate toward a narcissistic behavior toward its own clients. A count of each negative complaint should give an indication that people are being hurt. It also should give intelligent beings an indication that maybe Floyd Auto is not able to help itself into avoid hurting people.

I have been going to Floyd’s Auto for over 3 years. I’ve brought every concern to them and they have ALWAYS been honest & transparent in their dealings with me. Floyd is extremely knowledgeable, reliable & honest. Lushanda has assisted me with everything from getting my car towed to the shop to leaving parking passes for me hidden so I can drop off the car after hours. They are deeply committed to their customers and the reputation of their business. On two occasions they returned my car repaired and didn’t even charge me because it was something so minor or They didn’t detect any issue. Never have I trusted a mechanic more with my vehicle. I promise you won’t be disappointed and your car will be in good hands. I rate them 5 stars!!!! Floyd’s auto is top tier ❤️

I had an absolutely amazing experience! I was referred by a friend/family member and decided to give them a call. Ms. Lushanda assisted me, and she was truly a breath of fresh air—respectful, extremely polite, and attentive. She worked with me every step of the way and was always responsive whenever I reached out. Dropping off and picking up my car was smooth and hassle-free. Most importantly, they were honest and transparent—no scams, no overcharging. I had an alignment done and replaced all four tires. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely return for future maintenance needs.
