Went in for a simple tire install and alignment. They gave my car back with a flashing parking brake malfunction light. The tech plugged in a scanner, walked away without explaining anything, and now an additional warning light is on. They said they “don’t know what it is” and told me to bring it back Monday for brake work before they can “see the problem.” Feels like they caused an issue just to upsell more repairs. Not professional at all.
View on GoogleIt’s hot in the summer of Florida. I went there because a friend suggested them for their free A/C check. When I got there one guy with a ponytail lifted my hood read something on my hood and then told me it’s going to be $375. I asked what am I paying for? He said I am paying for them to vacuum and fill my car with Freon. I explained I don’t need Freon. I need a diagnostic test on my blend door actuator. He said they need to check the Freon first so I left and I returned this time I spoke to another guy that was at the front desk. The guy told me the same thing that is going to be nearly $400 for some Freon and I explained to him I came here because it said you give a free AC check he responded by telling me nothing in America is free and that is only there for advertisement then I requested specifically a diagnostic test for my AC because I can apply Freon myself. I just need to check if my blend door actuator is working. This guy proceeded to ask me am I a mechanic and that he’s trying to be nice. after he saw that I wouldn’t budge, he told me get out of the store because I wanted a diagnostic test

View on GoogleThey have a huge 29.99 oil change sign out front but when I went the guy at the front counter told me "it's for old cars and they use watery oil and price doesn't include filter or labor." Never give your business to people that lie to get you through the door. The whole operation screams "shady"

They do over charge I was in a hurry , I was over charged to change my tire on my car ( I wanted to change 2 but because I was over charged for one I didn’t do the other ). The workers were very nice the men in the office who gave the price were just hunters with nasty attitudes never returning . Not all woman are clueless to auto work. Do better
