This place is the worst place EVER! If I could’ve given it “0” stars, I would! Went here to do an oil change and the person who did it, did not put back the oil cover back on.SUCH NEGLIGENCE! I was on my way to work in Miami when I started to hear my engine making a loud noise. Had my maintenance guy checked it out at work, When he opened the hood, oil was everywhere. Checked the oil levels, and there was not a drop of oil in the engine. I had to leave work early, buy oil to put in my car to drive back to Margate to rectify the issue. I was told by Jems that he would reimburse me for my time and the oil purchase. When I texted him to Zelle the money, he asked for my address to drop it off.. HELL NO 😡 I am still waiting for him to Zelle it.. Although they pressure wash my engine to get rid of the oil, he left oil all over my car.. I know mistakes happens but it is how it was handled that has me pissed. DO NOT GO HERE!

I changed the tires and balanced them. However, balancing was not performed. They did absolutely nothing to the tire. They didn't glue any weights to the wheel. They didn't do anything and they charged me for it. The car turned out worse than when it was on old, deformed tires. I contacted them and didn't hear back. I needed to go somewhere else to get the work done, and it was perfect.
