I had a great experience and highly recommend this business. My husband brought his BMW X6 in, and the team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue within just a few hours, and the car was ready the very next day. Their professionalism and communication really stood out they kept us informed every step of the way. We truly appreciate the excellent service!

View on GoogleI was pleased very much with the service and results I had my car towed there thinking it was my transmission or engine and he was honest with me and told me me it was my water pump and valve covers expansion tank I appreciate a honest repair man ! (because I am a women and the passed have gotten scammed before with prices for my car repair). But BMW surgeon gets 50 stars ⭐️ from me ❤️
View on GoogleGreat experience with the BMW Surgeons. Had a PPI (Pre purchase inspection) done on an e39 M5 as an out of state buyer for a reasonable price. Stanley, the owner, was communicative throughout the process and sent a timely report along with photos. They were able to find leaks in the valve cover gasket, rear main seal, rear differential seal, and oil pan gasket, along with numerous other issues I didn’t know about. Definitely saved me from buying a car with tons of problems and I will be coming back here if I ever need another PPI in FL. Thanks Stanley
View on GoogleIn October 2024 I took my wife's car (BMW X3) to replace the engine mounts. I originally had an estimate from them, but after leaving the car at the Shop, a new, more expensive estimate was given to me for the same service (first red flag). Company policy is that they only install parts that they provide. OK. After a few miles leaving the shop, I realized that I had lost the front wheel alignment and the car was pulling to the side (second red flag). A few weeks later, car started shaking again when car is idle. I recently found out that the engine mounts installed were not good quality (third red flag). I will stop here, but I have other suspicions. Service costed me about $200 dollars less than the BMW Dealership estimate. Definitely not worth it. I wouldn't recommend. Big mistake. Stay away.
