Willow Bend Automotive were so helpful and responsive, and I really appreciated that. I ran into an issue with my rear view mirror disconnecting from the windshield and NOBODY wanted to touch it, including auto glass companies and even my own dealership (and the car is still under warranty!). So I really appreciated Willow Bend stepping in and taking care of me when my own dealer wouldn't bother to do so. They delivered great customer service from the first call to the finished work upon pickup, and they even beat their own turnaround time estimate. The pricing was fair, and I told them that as soon as I'm out of warranty, they can expect that I'll be bringing my business there for future automotive needs.

Willow was a fantastic experience. They got me in promptly and the repairs were made in a timely fashion. Both Cheri and the mechanic were friendly, and the prices were very fair. I’d recommend them to anyone. FYI, it was Grok that recommended them top of the list for my area. I will use them again in the future. First visit there based on recommendation of ChatGPT. Cheri at the office was very friendly and informative. A very professional environment. The waiting area was immaculate. They took my car in at my appointment time and finished within their time estimate. They fixed my A/C and charged me within their initial estimate. They had inspected the car and documented their recommendations on the receipt. They never pushed to sell me other repairs. Once done, the mechanic met us and explained the work performed. They returned the car clean and had topped off the fluids.

I switched to Willow Bend Automotive because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. I appreciate the honesty, detailed explanations, no upsell, friendliness, knowledge, no pressure, and the price! The waiting area is nice, clean, and stocked with goodies to snack on with water or coffee. I also appreciated the mechanic talking to me directly and explaining in detail. I was tired from dealing with dealerships upsell and sometimes dishonesty, lack of customer service. The vibe difference between the dealership and WBA is palpable and with WBA having a great experience all around. I highly recommend this shop✨🙏💛
