Universal Tire & Auto

Recently had a problem with a tire. Ran over a nail, asked if they had time to plug it. They worked me into their schedule and I got out fast. Then a couple weeks later, same tire had a second nail, this time in sidewall. They could not fix that but I still had an extra tire for 3 years ago that I wasn't using (changed all 4 tires shortly afterwards). This particular tire I bought from them back then and it was still fine with low mileage. The took off bad tire from rim and put my extra tire back on and balanced it. Again they worked me into schedule and I got in and out quickly. Didn't charge me for this even after I offered to pay. They really saved me from a lot of hassle, thank you!!! Definitely going back for additional services in near future!

These were some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Not only did they give me an excellent price on replacing four tires, they did the balance and alignment at no extra charge. The guy that I dealt with personally was named Alex and he was amazing. I dropped my car off in the morning and they brought it to me when it was completed. Great service, I highly recommend them. I will definitely be back.

Had no clue what was wrong with my car and these guys found out the issue and took care of it expeditiously and efficiently. Their kindness is top tier, professionalism is superb and their customer service is immaculate. I will be bringing my car here for all its needs. Knowing this place is honest, not going to try and upsell you on random stuff, fairly and reasonably priced.. I couldn’t feel safer anywhere else. ***update**** facts are facts yes the credit company DID IN FACT REFUND ME EVERY CENT because they have had this issue with y'all many of times and actually have stopped doing business with you shady people. 👍if you guys want to keep with the lies I will upload all the photos and screen shots of communication from you guys and all the PROOF AND EVIDNENCE if you'd like. Everyone needs to know what kind of horrible people and how horrible and pathetic the skill set of your low class " mechanics " really are. If you read through all the comments where there are lower than 4 or 5 stars those are the honest people the hkenst reviews and what you'll get here from these people. Definitely do not let them work on any diesles. Long story short first guy worked on my 05 f250 6.0 messed a bunch of stuff up and they fired him. Then another tech re did what the first guy did 3 4 or 5 times i can't remember. Gaskets were never replaced that I paid to have replaced that are a part of the procedures listed from the OEM manufacturer Ford seeing how they charge you book time for the job everything that is included in the book job should be done right??? I mean you're paying for it. Well it was never done after being promised by the owner and what ever the bigger guy's name is. I had documented everything from start to finish with these people I'll gladly share all my info with anyone. I had to get rid of my truck because they destroyed the crank in the engine by cutting the snout of it. They admitted the first guy did it then when they found out I had a built bottom end from kill devil diesel they started denying it and that's where it all went south. Not to mention I got my truck back needing al.kst 4 GALLONS of oil. Needless to say unless you want to have to take your truck to another shop and pay them $30,000 plus thousand dollars to fix your diesel after they ruin it don't come here. You will see the owner threatening people with a lawyer for leaving and reviews. We'll go ahead and threaten me with a lawyer. Mines waiting to hear from y'all 😁 everything I have stated is true and able to be proven with facts and evidence. They will never take accountability for what they mess up and blame their cousins 15 states over instead of correcting things their techs mess up that's why business owners carry business insurance right? The finance company they used actually refunded me my money and said thus ain't the first time they've done this. I had to tow my truck home after driving it to these guys. RUN FAR AND FAST!!!!

Couldn’t think of a better auto shop to take your vehicle too! Everyone is so nice and honest. I just got my oil changed and had no issues with the people or the price. Will definitely be taking my car here for as long as they remain!
