I went to Tire Kingdom today for the first time, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I usually always go to Firestone, but decided to give Tire Kingdom a try, and I’m glad I did. The lady who answered the phone initially (I unfortunately don’t remember her name) was very friendly and provided outstanding customer service. When I left, John and Abel made sure my car was taken care of and provided a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience. The whole team was helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the process. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave me and my vehicle. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been going to the Tire Kingdom on 434 in Longwood since they opened, and I’ve always had a really good experience there. The team is friendly, communicates well, and has always treated me fairly. This last visit, I went in for some basic service and they ended up finding an issue on my truck that needed immediate attention. I was tight on time and honestly hesitant to do it that day, but they worked with me, showed me pictures of what they found, explained everything clearly, and still got my truck back to me in time for my other commitments. Really appreciate how upfront and accommodating they are. Definitely gives me peace of mind and keeps me coming back whenever I need work done on my vehicles.

Abdel was very helpful providing different options/prices for tires. Was out of there in a fair amount of time. I’d recommend this shop for sure.
