Ruben's Tires - Longwood

This place is the real deal. They do amazing work and give amazing service. I brought my Chevy C10 here to look at wheel options and they took care of me and gave me an amazing price on a set of brand new rims and 95% new tires. The price I got was the best in town and the service far exceeded my expectations. I’m as happy as can be with the work that they did and the end product was just what I wanted. I highly recommend doing business with Ruben‘s tires and using them for all of your rims or tire needs. Come here first when you need rims or tires and don’t waste your time else where. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT go to this place.....Got a tire for my Excursion that had a HUGE bubble and caused my truck to run like crap. The lady here is VERY nasty. The tire messed up the whole front end of my truck.. These people are HORRIBLE!!! Charged $60 bucks for a GARBAGE tire.. Might as well have flushed my money down the toilet. STEER CLEAR of this place. 06/15/26 In response to your response you are 100% WRONG!!! The caliper issue was on the PASSENGER front tire and YOU replaced the driver's side front tire..You just won't accept accountability for selling a majorly defective tire. When I came back the second time you tried to tell me the front end vibration(NOTE: I didn't have when I came there to begin with) was the caliper bolt.... Again NOT true . The caliper issue passenger side .. YOU replaced the drivers side tire..

I’ve been here twice thus far both times I’ve had amazing experiences. They were quick. They have amazing pricing on tires and oil changes. They are affordable yet still great quality! The customer service was superb! Hector and the woman upfront was so kind I really really do enjoy coming here and will continue to give Ruben‘s tires my business.

Hector came in clutch!! Brand new Tesla 40 days old and I got a nail in my tire everyone said they couldn’t patch it the big name and he saved the day. Much appreciated

So to start off, I never write these things so please forgive me. But last week I was at this facility and they’re not only did an amazing job. Take care of me with my car, but the prices are definitely fair. I had a buy a new car due to a car accident and I need a tires. The owner gave me a great price. I could not refuse so I took my car in. With the new tires, I also need an alignment done. He stated that due to the one tire, I needed a special connection in order to make the alignment correct and it will cost me A certain amount. I agreed to the price, he could’ve been completely dishonest and Took advantage of me but he didn’t. He came back and told me the good news was that I actually had the part connected to have a job done, correct. What made my first time visit even more impressive, that like an airhead I was not even sitting in the waiting room. I accidentally found myself in their break room, sitting down having a cup of coffee and that one employee told me to get out leave the room I’m not allowed to be in here. They all said hello, and ask me how I was doing. I definitely will be back. So thank you to you and your team for being who you are and what you guys are.
