I cannot recommend Mirs Automotive enough! I had a tire emergency after running over a screw while on the way to work and needed help quickly. I called ahead, and they advised I could come right in. From the moment I arrived, the process was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road safely. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming situation was made so simple and easy. They repaired my tire quickly, explained everything clearly, and treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find an automotive shop that combines efficiency, honesty, and such outstanding hospitality. The level of customer care I received truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place for tire repairs or automotive services, Mirs Automotive is the place to go. Customer service and an honest mechanic is hard to find.. and then I found Mirs! I had been given a quote from another company, they surprisingly beat that company's quote by and took 10% off. They also honored a coupon I've been given, that's how I found them. I purchased the four tires I needed and brakes and saved over $200, very helpful these days. Dillon explained to me the real time frames I needed for the required repairs repairs I had instead of being high pressure like the previous company. This place has my complete trust. My car was really messed up due to the amount of dishonesty in the places I went to previously to get repairs, Mirs automotive however was the first to tell me straight up exactly what was wrong with it and was the first who actually fixed my car. Dylan, who is extremely patient, explained very clearly and showed my mom and I the photos of my cars damages that needed to be fixed which no other car place has ever done. Theres a genuine no BS approach to everything which I appreciate so much as many other car repair places that I went to before would tell me little things that were unnecessary to the actual issues and try to charge a fortune for it. Dylan told us that there was a huge oil leak, three tires that had metal showing, breaks and the belt needed to be replaced. I got it all done for a price that's affordable and they were honest with every step. This is genuinely the first time I got my car done and felt safe after driving it. I highly recommend this place and can't express how happy I am to have found this place, their genuineness and honestly is a rare find.
