I can’t say enough good things about Universal Tire and Auto in Longwood. Car repairs can be stressful, but the office staff here makes the whole process so much easier. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. When my car broke down and I was completely stranded, I called three other mechanic shops and no one was willing to help move the car or figure out a way to get it to their shop. This team went above and beyond from the very first call. They helped us get the car moved to their shop and immediately started working on the issue.
