View on GoogleI brought my 2012 Hyundai Sonata to Legacy Auto after dealing with an ongoing check engine light that another shop had been unable to resolve—even after multiple visits and a transmission drain and fill. It became clear they were not interested in diagnosing what appeared to be an issue with a transmission sensor harness. Legacy Auto was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m glad I made the switch. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. They had the vehicle for about a week, and from start to finish everything was handled professionally and transparently. I was given clear, upfront pricing for both the diagnostic work and the repair itself. Given the age and mileage of the vehicle (105,000 miles, with an engine replacement at 70,000), they were appropriately cautious in setting expectations and made it clear the repair might not be a permanent solution. That said, since the repair, the car has been running perfectly, which leads me to believe they correctly identified and fixed the issue with the sensor harness. Overall, this was a very positive experience. The process was smooth, communication was solid, and the results speak for themselves. I’m highly satisfied and would not hesitate to use them again.

View on GoogleAasim isn’t like any other car mechanic I’ve ever worked with. Honestly the best, most down to earth service at the absolute best price. If you have received an outrageous quote from a corporate-run car service chain - please bring your car to Legacy Auto Exchange for a second opinion. I was quoted close to $2K for new brakes and rotors by a corporate chain. I took my car to Aasim and he quoted me only what I NEEDED (not what corporate policy mandates) and the price went down to $450. Over a year later and my brakes are still great. Don’t bring your car anywhere else.
