What a phenomenal experience with the service here! I'm not sure about the cheapest, but if you want the best VALUE for your car maintenance and repairs, go here. The staff was all extremely knowledgeable and supportive, at one point even spending over 30 minutes with me on the phone going through the checklist of action items and consulting with me on priorities. If you want your car to run at 100% efficiency with 100% peace of mind the work was done properly, this is your place.

I wanna start by saying this is an excellent mechanic shop. Joe is a great guy who listens and has a soft approach to dealing with his customers. Ive left a positive review about them prior. Rob who ran the front office was great and also had a great approach to dealing with people. I recently called for info, which the front office lady gave. She was very dominant and abrasive in the conversation though and kept questioning what I was thinking my issue was and saying, I dont know why you are looking at that when there are no misfires. Havent seen my vehicle since july 3rd . Needless to say, some things I go to my buddy on because he helps me for free. Miss know it all, doesnt know it all. I was correct and it was a coil that was causing my issue. Ive replaced all six and its stopped my gas smell, eliminated my gas consumption issue and my pathfinder is accelerating much better. I dont appreciate someone being over bearing when they say they will help me any way they can. Researching things told me that this was most likely my issue and it was. Most things I researched, countered what she said. Joe is a great guy and they do great work but.... the office lady needs to tone it back a notch. For this reason and this reason alone, I wont be back . I wouldve stayed with this shop as they do the extras even on an oil change and are thorough. Just can't deal with that personality and thinks she has all the answers when my interpretation was actually correct. She needs to be softer and more helpful with the people that she contends with. Thank you joe for all your help with my vehicle that you have provided. You are a good dude and operate a top knotch shop. Front office is an issue though for me

I had a new front and rear suspension installed on my 2013 Chevy. The entire process was exceptional and painless. Tiffany is very organized and explained the pricing clearly before starting the work. Joe was there answering any questions I had about the installation. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

Really solid experience at Joe’s Automotive Repair. From the moment I got there, the team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly about what was going on with my car and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. The service was completed quicker than I expected, and the whole process felt smooth and well-organized from start to finish. Pricing also felt fair and transparent, with no pressure or surprises. It’s not always easy to find an auto shop you feel comfortable trusting, but this is definitely one I’d feel confident coming back to and recommending to others. Great overall experience.
