Back in June my grandparents gave me their 2006 B9 Tribeca they had bought new and owned for 20 years. It's a great car with a lot of memories attached to it and I've been taking it to Higher Ground for maintenance since then. Simply put, there is no one else I'd rather have work on it than Ken and Mattea. Kind, courteous, fair, honest and professional, they go out of their way and give their customers 110%. If you have a Subie to take care of, look no further.

Super honest and very helpful! I was an out-of-state buyer looking to purchase a used WRX in Florida. Found this place and scheduled a pre-purchase inspection. For an extra cost, Higher Ground was able to pick up the car from the dealership. Then, they perform an extremely detailed bumper-to-bumper inspection on the car. That same day, I recieved a detailed email with high res photos and videos that went over everything about the car that I would want to know. I highly recommend brining your Subaru here!

Mattea and Ken were amazing! Ken is supper knowledgeable on all the Subaru engines and common problems. I had a rattling noise coming from my engine and they fixed the problem quickly and where honest the guys at higher ground know there stuff they are honest quick and very professional and prices are very fair . I will definitely becoming back for all my maintenance and car problems.

Never had such a great experience with a shop and the fact they are in contact with you every step of the while your car is under the knife is unspeakable. To the whole team at higher ground, y’all are wonderful and keep doing what you’re doing. They installed a new clutch on my WRX and also did some valve cleaning that was much needed even though the car only had 43k miles. Ken and Mattea took care of my Sophia and I can’t be more appreciate of them and the whole team. If I ever need anything else done, I know where to go or I know where to refer someone.
