Never using another mechanic again. I felt like I belonged, very welcoming. Worked on my exhaust and gave diagnostics quicker than I would have ever gotten done within your average auto shops. They managed to also guide me and explain everything to me in a way I actually understood. Very pleased!
View on GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience with this mechanic. They came out to fix my starter and completely misquoted the job. Even after I purchased the parts myself, they still charged me almost $500 for labor. During the repair, they managed to break another part on my truck. They claimed they replaced it and fixed the issue, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Also took them almost 2 days to do it. Worked on it the first day and had to come back and left my truck apart in the yard. After they left, my turbo and exhaust system weren’t even connected. Yes, the truck would start—but it had zero power and was basically undriveable. I had to hire a different mechanic to come out and fix all their mistakes, costing me another $600 out of pocket. They did absolutely nothing to correct their errors or make it right. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache, money, and damage to your vehicle—go somewhere else.
View on GoogleThis company was very unprofessional!! We asked about replacing spark plugs and the price that was given from the office was not the price the mechanic gave!! He charged me $375 He didn't even start working on the car for 30mins after arriving!! They did not fix the car correctly and when I tried to ask questions the mechanic kept repeating to call the office! We even requested a diagnostic!! I called the office and no one never answered!!! The problem was not resolved and I had to take it to another repair shop who stated that the mechanic did not even put the spark plugs in right and he put silicone in the intake and he broke the air hoses and some wires connected to the intake plus he did not calibrate the spark plugs! I asked for a refund and they have blocked my number!! Worst repair experience ever!!!
View on GoogleWent to go get my car fixed I had multiple things going on with my transmission line, my brakes were bad, needed oil change and the drive terrain but took it to them and they got the car all fixed up and brought it back to life definitely recommend y'all checking them out.
View on GoogleI had needed them to fix an issue with the vehicle not going into gear. They came out within a couple of hours and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. Unfortunately, the broken part was a dealer only part and had to be ordered. They came back out once I had time and the part and fixed the vehicle in a little over 2 hours. The mechanic was nice and professional. Very personable. I would definitely do business with them again.
