This was my first using Elite Automotive Repair and it was great! Alex, the owner, is a courteous and fair person who believes in customer satisfaction. I requested a full inspection to evaluate my 2011 pilot that had a noise. Greg did a very thorough review and showed me his findings. He identified and showed me what was needed and what could be deferred. There was absolutely no pressure. I was very pleased! Alex worked up the quote and was very reasonable. The part, a power steering pump, was ordered, installed and I drove away happy. Vi highly recommend Elite!

As a newcomer, not knowing where to go and who to trust is a big deal, especially when your car is not working anymore. I had amazing luck finding these people in December. They are super polite and professional, really nice people. I love them, they are amazing. Rayan and Alex have helped me not spend money on my car when I do not need it, and that honestly goes a long way. Every time I bring my car to them they are great. Great place, great technician, and everything is great about this shop.

Very professional and nice people! Alex took such good care of me, I came 2 hours away from out of town looking to buy a car from a private seller, I wanted to make sure I was going to make a good purchase and that it was safe driving it back two hours to my house. They gave the car a very through inspection and found out that a few things were wrong with the vehicle and that it would not have been safe to drive it home without fixing the necessary things. I'm so grateful for their kindness and hard work! I highly recommend if you are going to the Orlando/Maitland area to buy a used car, please take it here first and get it inspected it's beyond worth it! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Elite Automotive Repair. This is a great auto repair shop, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I had my auto for oil change service and for a diagnostics due to strange intermittent vibration. They diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly and got my car fixed quickly at a reasonable price. We are very pleased with the service, I will definitely be coming back. I cannot recommend Elite Automotive Repair in Longwood enough! My truck broke down in a CVS drive-thru, and I initially had it towed to a different shop. That shop told me I had to replace an entire assembly just because of one dry-rotted bushing, quoting me over $800. They claimed the bushing couldn't be bought separately. I called Elite for a second opinion, and from the start, they were honest and knowledgeable. He told me he couldn't guarantee it, but he would try to hunt down the specific part. Later that afternoon, he called with great news—he found the bushing! This level of effort saved me almost $700. The staff is incredibly friendly and they actually take the time to explain the issue to you rather than just throwing a bill in your face. I won’t be taking my vehicles anywhere else from now on. Thank you, Elite! Edit: I recently went back when my truck badly needed brakes, and they were able to fit me in very quickly. The service itself was done fast, the staff was just as friendly and knowledgeable as before, and the price was very reasonable. They definitely don’t try to upsell— the owner actually recommended a cheaper part because he couldn’t see a meaningful difference compared to the more expensive option. It’s a very personal experience, and you’re treated like a person, not a number. Highly recommend them for any repair work.
