Big Al's Wholesale Tires

I just brought two trailer tires to them today to swap new tires on too, and they were on top of it. It looked like they were pretty busy but when I got there, somebody had come out of the garage right away and grabbed the wheels and got to work. The tires that they had advertised on the Facebook ad and the tires they put on were different, the ones that they had advertised were a little bit more expensive so they ended up giving me a cheaper tire at the same cost, which isn’t a big deal because it was still a good deal overall, and the tires were still rated good. So I’m not going to not get any stars off for the change of tire because overall, I’m still happy and overall the deal was still really good.

I needed four new tires for my travel trailer, since the factory originals were junk. I searched extensively online to find a shop that had extra heavy duty tires (10 ply rating) because my toy-hauler is a 30 foot beast. Nobody (from the chain shops) wanted to install the tires on property - they said I need to unmount them and bring them down to their shop. The local RV shops wanted me to drop off and come back another day - no time for that. A friend told me to go to Big Al's for the best quality and service. I was a little hesitant (being that it's small shop), but decided to give them a shot. Boy, am I glad I did. I struck pure gold! Vanessa answered the phone and assured me that she had the tires I needed and could mount, balance, and get me back on the road in about 30 minutes - and they DID! I pulled in and the tire team jumped on it like a NASCAR pit crew - they were amazing! The price was very competitive and the tires are excellent. I highly recommend Big Al's and couldn't be happier. This is where I will get all of my vehicle tires from now on.

Great service! I was hearing problems with my brakes and it was urgent. I live near the location and I’ve been to the smaller location down the street for a tire patch before which was a very satisfying service experience as well. Anyways with this current experience, I needed to get my brakes replaced ASAP and have my front rotors turned and they checked and I also needed to have my brake pads replaced. The most affordable prices for all of that done. And I was only there for 2 1/2 hours so it was great a time too. I had went there after work to get this done. I went in we got everything situated and when they were done they test drove it before handing over the keys and finishing the transaction. Very nice people. Highly recommend going there.

This is the BEST service I’ve had since moving to Florida! The guys at the shop all seemed to be doing their jobs professionally. Freddy & Moe were excellent! They were incredibly attentive, nice and informative! All I needed was air and I got 5 star service! If I ever need anything again I will definitely come here! The owner was professional and nice, too. 10 stars!
